Users are required to have the following to create and manage grant programs:

• Grant Program - Can Manage Grant Programs

Note: The Grant Program - All permission will also allow users to perform these actions.

Any users that are also managing the following features associated with grant programs are required to have their respective permissions:

• Custom forms

• Workflows
