Set character limits for Table field columns
Columns in Table fields can be configured with minimum and maximum character limits. To set these limits, edit the form and select Edit component for the Table field, then define the accepted character range for each column in the Columns tab. The system enforces these limits as applicants or grant managers enter data on the form.
This configuration gives grant managers greater control over the information collected.
Note: By default, the character limit value is set to the maximum field allowance.
Enhanced accessibility with larger text and higher contrast
Text across Blackbaud Grantmaking and related applications is now larger, clearer, and easier to read.
The platform uses updated typography and color standards that increase default font size, improve line spacing, and raise contrast for body text, labels, helper text, and placeholders in compliance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines. These changes apply consistently across applicant and grant management areas, including forms, dashboards, and PDF exports.
This update improves readability, reduces eye strain, and helps applicants and grant managers complete tasks more comfortably and confidently across the platform.

View Project Title and Event Title on application card in My Applications
Applicants can more easily identify their submissions in the Applicant Portal. Application cards now show the Project Title and Event Title to help differentiate between applications when more than one application is submitted to the same program and cycle.
This update helps applicants quickly distinguish between submissions, reducing confusion and support requests for grantmakers.
Note: Project Title and Event Title are standard form fields that grant managers can add to application forms. If these fields are not available on the application form or do not have a response, they do not appear on the application card.

Archive Forms to Reduce Clutter and Protect Data
You can now archive forms to keep your forms list focused and easier to manage.
Archiving lets you remove forms from future use without deleting form data or applicant responses. Archived forms stay available for existing programs and cycles while remaining hidden from your active forms list by default. This helps teams reduce visual noise, prevent accidental reuse of outdated forms, and maintain clean program setups.
