Track progress over time with more flexibility and accuracy. Grant managers can now configure fields to store a separate response for each submission and allow applicants to submit the same progress report form multiple times. Each submission captures its own set of values for multi-response fields, so earlier responses remain available for review.

Why this matters

  • Preserve historical responses across reporting periods

  • Collect repeated updates using the same form

  • Improve reporting accuracy and visibility into ongoing progress

How it works

  • Multi-response fields store a separate value for each submission

  • Single response fields update to reflect the latest submission

  • Each form submission creates a new entry you can report on

Tip: Run an Application report to view each submission in a separate row with its corresponding data.
