Option to require applicants to enter organization information
You can now require applicants to enter their organization information instead of searching the Blackbaud Verified Network database.
From Applications, Program, Settings, under Organization Options, select Require applicants to enter organization information. When this option is enabled, applicants bypass the Blackbaud Verified Network entirely and manually provide their organization details during the application process. Organizations added this way are saved as private organizations and aren’t reviewed or added to the Blackbaud Verified Network. This option can support programs that work with organizations outside of the Blackbaud Verified Network or prefer full applicant‑entered organization data.
For more details, see Configure Grant Program Settings.

New columns added to Workspace views
Requests and Requirements views now include additional columns that give you more context at a glance. You can now view Application ID, Form Name, and Program Name directly in Workspace, making it easier to identify and distinguish records without opening each one. These updates help you review, organize, and take action more efficiently.
To add these columns, go to Workspace and open either the Requests or Requirements view. Select Edit columns, choose the columns you want from the list of available options, and then apply your changes. The selected columns immediately appear in your Workspace view.
