What's New
Blackbaud Grantmaking releases new features on a regular basis, so keep an eye on this space for details about the latest additions. Some features are released in waves, often as small, usable increments, which means some updates may be available to customers before others. If you do not see a feature right away, don't worry. It may be included in a future release for your organization. We'll provide updates here so you can stay informed about what's available and what's coming next.
Note: Legacy portal (IGAM) was removed on July 29, 2026 and is no longer available in Grantmaking. See the legacy portal removal FAQ for information about the transition and available resources.

Reject applications faster in the Forms Portal
You can now reject applications directly in the Forms Portal without completing a duplicate check or linking workflow. This enhancement helps grant administrators act quickly, reduce manual steps, and maintain consistent communication.
Reject a single application or multiple applications at the same time. Select a rejection reason, add comments for review history, and choose whether to send correspondence to applicants.
Why This Matters
When application volume increases, administrators can quickly remove applications that do not meet eligibility requirements without moving through unnecessary review steps. This streamlined process helps teams focus on qualified applicants while maintaining clear documentation of application decisions.
With this enhancement, you can:.
-
Save time by rejecting applications without duplicate review workflows
-
Manage high application volume with batch rejection
-
Maintain clear records with standardized reasons and comments
-
Communicate decisions with optional correspondence
Tip: If you receive a high volume of ineligible applications, you can reject them in bulk, apply the same reason, and notify applicants in a single workflow.
