Reorder Assignments

A workflow level can have more than one assignment associated with it. These assignments should be arranged such that their order is the order in which each application or nomination will be evaluated when submitted.

Note: Any edits made to assignments or their sequence will not impact applications that were submitted prior to this change.

1. Navigate to the Program Setup > Workflow Level Automation > Initial Assignments tab.

2. Select Sequence from the item’s options.

3. From the Sequence Assignments screen, modify the order of assignments by using the arrows or dragging and dropping where desired.

Tip: When assignments are used to evaluate an application, the first assignment or rule that is true in the sequence is the one that will assign the application.
