Action needed tab

When a requirement is submitted, admin can now review the Action Needed tab under Pending Submissions to confirm if a GC submitted requirement could not be pulled into a Blackbaud Grantmaking record.

  1. From Applications, Pending Submissions, select the Action needed tab.

Note: If there are any listed items in the Action needed tab, this indicates that there are Requirements with bad data that require revision.

  2. Select the red triangle icon in the row to review the submission error, then select the action menu next to the Requirement in need of revision and Publish for revision.

  3. A message appears in the lower right indicating that the process is in progress.

Warning: The system does not currently report on whether or not the publish completed, did not complete, nor is there an indication for users that the publish already took place.

  4. Once the applicant corrects the Requirement and re-submits, the result(s) in the Action needed tab will clear.
