Review rules
From Reviews, Review rules, you can create rules to automatically assign reviews for applications that come in.

From Review rules, select Add review rule. Enter a rule name, and if you want to make the rule inactive, select Inactive.

Select a Stage. Depending on the Stage selected, you can enter an Acceptance date, Due date, or both.

Under Criteria, select Edit and choose the necessary criteria for the rule to take effect.

In the Reviewers section, select Manage reviewers to add reviewers for the rule.

Select Save and close.

After you create review rules, they must be assigned to application forms.

From Applications, select Forms manager.

Select a form and then select Actions, Apply Review Rule.

Select the rule(s) to apply to the application form, then select OK.
