Schedule reports
Automatically generate and deliver reports so you always have the information when you need it. Scheduling reports helps you stay informed, reduce manual work, and ensure consistent communication with stakeholders.
You can create a schedule to run a report one time or on a recurring basis.
Create a Report Schedule

Open Analysis, Report Manager.

Select the report you want to schedule.

Select Schedule report.

Enter a name and description to identify the schedule.

Select a recurrence option, such as daily, weekly, or monthly.

Enter the start date, time, and end date for the schedule.

In Destination, define how the report is delivered:

Select an output format.

Enter the reply-to email address.

Enter the display name for the sender.

Add recipients for notifications.

Enter the email subject and message.

In Reports, add, edit, or remove reports included in the schedule.

Select Save and close.
Manage Report Schedules
Use the schedule page to review and update existing report schedules. You can adjust timing, delivery settings, or included reports to keep information aligned with your needs.
Note: You can't create a new report schedule from the schedule page. Create schedules from Report Manager.
