Schedule reports

You can create a schedule for reports to run automatically either as a one-time generation or on a recurring basis.

From Analysis, select Schedule reports. From a report's menu , select View.

On the report schedule page, enter a name and description for the schedule. Select a Recurrence (daily, weekly, monthly), then enter the recurrence information, including a start date, time, and end date.

Enter the email information for the scheduled report in the Destination section. Here you can choose an output format, reply to email address, from display name, and even add recipients for notifications. Enter the email subject and the body text here as well.

In the Reports section, you can add, edit, and remove reports to this schedule.

When you're finished editing the report schedule, select Save and close.
