Reviews settings

Use Reviews settings to control which notifications are sent during the review lifecycle. Configure these options before assigning reviewers so communication is consistent from the first review request.

To open global review notification settings, go to Control panel, select Settings, and under Reviews select the menu , then select Global review notification settings.

In Reviewer notifications, use each list to define when reviewers receive notifications for assignments, reminders, and status-related events.

In Proposal owner notifications, select Cancel next to each notification type to toggle whether that notification is sent.

When finished, select Save to apply your changes.

Tip: After updating notification settings, assign a test review to confirm reviewer and proposal-owner messages match your intended process.
