Delete Applications

You can delete an application if it hasn't been submitted. This is only available for Draft applications.

Warning: Deleting an application deletes it from the system entirely. This cannot be undone.

1. Navigate to the Applicant Portal by going to apply.yourcausegrants.com or your custom client URL. Sign in using your Blackbaud ID (BBID) or Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials.

2. In the My Applications area, find the application you want to cancel. Click on Manage and then Delete.

   

3. In the Delete Application modal, click Delete to confirm and delete the application.

Note: Alternatively, you can cancel an application instead. This removes your application from consideration in the grant program and allows you to keep a copy of the application for your own records.
