View Program Dates

All grant and nomination programs have a specific time frame in which they will accept applications. This date range will vary by program.

Tip: These dates are typically included in invitation and nomination emails as well as in the program's information when you first start the application.

Program Open

The program's start date indicates when a program will be accepting new applications. New applications cannot be started before this date.

Note: For more information, see FAQ > Applications > Programs (Open).

Program Close

The program's end or close date indicates when the program will no longer be accepting new applications. New applications cannot be submitted after this date.

Note: If a program is closed, a message stating This program is no longer accepting applications or Program is not accepting applications will appear in the program's information and on the form if it is has not yet been submitted.

It is important to note that the close date primarily impacts submitting new applications (i.e., applications cannot be started and Draft applications cannot be edited). It does not affect the following:

  • Review, approval/decline, and award process

  • Requesting revisions

  • Sending additional forms to the Applicant to complete

Note: For more information, see FAQ > Applications > Programs (Closed).
