Send Revision Reminders for Multiple Applications

  1. Navigate to the Applications area.

  2. Click on the Application ID to open the Application View.

  3. In the Forms tab, select the checkbox next to the forms that require reminders.

    Note: Multiple forms can only be selected if they are the same form, part of the same program, and in the same workflow level. Additionally, the application cannot have a status of On hold or Declined.

  4. In the Send Revision Reminder screen, take the following actions.

    1. Enter a note to the Applicant detailing the request or reminder.

    2. Optional - Preview the email.

      Note: The GC-36 Revision Request Reminder system email is sent to Applicants upon request.

  5. Click on Send to submit the reminder.
