View Application Communications

Communications associated with an application are available in the Application View.

Note: This includes emails that have been sent to the Applicant by the system, external emails attached to the application, and communications manually added by a Grant Manager as well as any files sent as attachments of these emails.

  1. Navigate to the Applications area.

  2. From the Applications tab, select the application to open the Application View.

  3. Select the Communications tab to view all messages.
