Delete Dashboards

Dashboards can be removed from the system if no longer needed.

Warning: Deleting a dashboard will remove access to it for the Owner and all users with whom it has been shared. Deleted dashboards cannot be recovered. This action is final.

Note: The My Workspace dashboard that is included out-of-the-box for all users cannot be deleted.

Note: Personal dashboards must be visible on the Home page (i.e., Status is Visible) in order to be deleted.

1. Navigate to the Home page.

2. Select the ellipsis icon on the dashboard tab and then Delete.

   Tip: An alternative is to navigate to Dashboard Manager, selecting the ellipsis icon next to the dashboard and then Delete dashboard.

3. Confirm the action before the dashboard will be removed from the system.

Note: Once a dashboard has been deleted, its widgets will remain available to the Owner as widget templates to be used with other personal dashboards. However, these templates will not be made available to other users with whom the dashboard was originally shared.
