How do I hide funding sources for my client account?

Clients using funding sources can choose to hide them by enabling the Hide Funding Sources setting in your client account. This setting is managed by the Implementation team and your Account Manager. It cannot be changed in the Grant Manager Portal.

What are the benefits of hiding funding sources?

Although many clients find funding sources provide them with an additional level of organization, there are others who may find that their budgets are sufficient enough for organizing their funds. By hiding them, you’ll no longer be required to set up a funding source in order to create a budget. You’ll also be able to manage funds within the budget itself rather than having to modify funding sources when you need to change your allocations.

Note: For more information, see What's the difference between simple and complex budgets?.

How do I opt-in to hiding funding sources?

Currently, only clients who have one funding source per budget can enable the Hide Funding Sources setting. Funding sources cannot be shared across budgets and should only be assigned to one budget to be eligible for this functionality.

Note: If you'd like to change this setting, please contact your Account Manager or GrantsConnect Support.
