You can launch the live chat option by going to apply.yourcausegrants.com and clicking on Need Assistance? > Live chat.
Tip: Chat is only available from 7 AM to 7 PM CT (Monday to Friday). If chat is offline, submit a ticket through the Contact Support form in the Applicant Portal instead.
