What is a high-dollar payment?

High-dollar payments are those that meet or exceed the following amounts:

• $500,000 for domestic applications

• $100,000 for international applications

High-dollar payments must first be reviewed by the Blackbaud Compliance team before they can be processed by YourCause and disbursed. This is to protect organizations against fraudulent activity.

Note: This only applies to payments processed by YourCause.

Tip: It is recommended to change the status of these payments to On hold until review is complete. For more information, see Place Payments On Hold.
