What is the Quick Add tool?

The Quick Add tool is accessible in its own modal outside of the Form Builder and allows you to quickly select form fields and components to add to a form page. It is an alternative to selecting fields from the Form Builder toolbox.

Note: The configuration available to fields in the Quick Add tool is limited to updating the label. To fully customize the form's layout and the fields' settings, you should use the main Form Builder on the Edit Form page.

How to open the tool

There are several ways to open the Quick Add tool in GrantsConnect, including:

  1. Create a new form using the instructions outlined here.

  2. Select the Create and Quick Add option to launch the tool.

  2. On the Edit Form page, navigate to the tab of the form page you want to edit.

  3. Select the ellipsis icon next to the tab name and the Quick add option to launch the tool.
