There are 200+ standard product fields available in GrantsConnect.

 

How to identify standard product fields

There are several attributes that all standard product fields have that can help to quickly identify them in the Program Setup > Custom Forms > Form Fields area, including:

• Standard product field is shown below the field name in the Name column

• The value in the Category column is Standard GrantsConnect fields

  Note: Standard product fields are automatically assigned this category when added to the system. However, your organization can update the category as needed.

• The value in the Key column begins with gcStandardField_

  Note: All standard product fields include gcStandardField_ in their key unless updated by your organization.

• GrantsConnect appears in the Created By and Last Updated By columns

Tip: To quickly find standard product fields, filter the Form Fields table by the Standard product fields form field type or the Standard GrantsConnect fields category.
