Copy Links to Share Grant Programs

Unless an applicant is directly invited to apply for a program or uses a link provided to them for a Program Automation, they will apply using a link directly to the program itself. This link can shared with them through email communications, your website, marketing campaigns, etc.

Note: The steps below are for sharing a specific grant program. If you intend to direct your applicants to a Program Automation instead, see the Copy Links to Share Program Automations resource.

  1. Navigate to the Program Setup > Grant Programs area.

  2. In the Programs tab, find the program to share.

  3. Select the ellipsis icon next to the item and then the Copy link option.

    Note: Only Published programs can be shared.

  4. From the Copy Link screen, copy one of the following links based on who will be applying by selecting the Copy link to clipboard icon.

    • Internal Share Link - Share this link with applicants who will be signing in via SSO, such as employees of your organization.

    • External Share Link - Share this link with applicants who will be applying externally, such as nonprofits.
