Required Permissions for Invitations

Users are required to have the following permissions to set up and send invitations to potential Applicants:

  • System - Can Manage Invitation Process

Note: The System - All permission will also allow users to perform these actions.

 

Optional Permissions

Users will need to have the following permissions to perform certain optional actions within the Invitation process:

  • System - Can Configure Emails - This is required to create custom copies of the system emails.

    Note: The System - All permission will also allow users to configure system emails.

  • Grant Program - Can Manage Grant Programs - This is required to deactivate and activate emails within a program as well as set an email copy to be used as the default for the program.

    Note: The Grant Program - All permission will also allow users to manage program emails.
