Download Nomination Forms

You can download a copy of a form and its responses from the Nomination View.

Note: This process downloads only the form selected. It does not download the entire nomination. Additionally, attributes like the Activity Trail will not be included in the download. For more information about exporting the entire nomination, see the Download Nominations resource.

1. Navigate to the Nominations area.

2. Click on the Nomination ID to open the Nomination View.

3. In the Nomination Forms tab, select the form to view it.

4. Click on the Download link.

   

The form will automatically download as a PDF file named Application.pdf that contains the form's details and responses.

Note: If the form contains attachments, they will be downloaded in an Attachments folder.
