Customize Section Headings and Display Options

When you finish editing the Take Action page, click Finish to save your final edits and return to the Configure Pages process page.

Element/Option Description
Contact Information section heading: Edit the heading for the section containing all Contact information fields and custom questions.
Target section heading: Edit the section heading for the list of recipient Targets for this alert. If you deselect the Display the Targets? checkbox, this section (and its heading) will not display at all.
Message section heading: Edit the heading for the main Message section of the alert.
Message recipient: Edit the placeholder text indicating the name of the Target recipient to advocates. The default text is [Decision Maker].
Next button label: (Used for Two Step Alert only)

Edit the text of the Next button (default text is Next Step). You can also use an image instead of text.

You can use single quotes within the text, as in Say 'NO' to Drugs!.
Caution: If you use double quotes as in Say "NO" to Drugs!, the quoted text and anything following it will be stripped out. Initial double quotes will result in a blank button.

Send button label: Edit the text of the Send button (default text is Send Message). For a One Step Alert, you can also use an image instead of text. In a Two Step Alert, the Send button uses text only.

Message footer: The default placeholder text prompts in the Message footer include multiple S-tags, or session tags, for personalized advocate information to display in the Alert page, such as Your Name, Your Address, and City, State ZIP.

If you are familiar with S-tags, you may wish to make additional changes. Refer to the S-Tag documentation for details.

Display the alert Name? Select the checkbox to display the alert Name (default), or deselect it to hide the Name. The alert Name is created on the Identify Alert process page.
Display the Targets? Select the checkbox to display the list of selected Target recipients (default), or deselect it to hide the list.
Display an additional Send button? Select the checkbox to display another Send button at the top of the Take Action page (default), or deselect it to include only one button. The possible buttons are Send and Next. If you include a second button, the first one will be a Next button.
