To delete a custom question

Warning: This action deletes your custom question permanently. If you want to inactivate the question but keep it for future use, uncheck its Include a Question checkbox.

1. On the Include Questions process page, click the Delete link in the Actions column.

2. Click OK in the confirmation dialog that displays.

3. Click Save or Next.
