Call Alerts
Use Call Alerts to set up an alert that your constituents can respond to by placing a telephone call to targeted individuals. After placing a call, constituents can log that call with your site so you have a record of it.
You'll configure a Call Alert much like a traditional Action Alert, except that you'll include a summary of talking points that you would like your constituents to discuss with targeted individuals, rather than authoring a message that they could email or fax. You should also configure a page where your constituents can record the results of the call, including the person they spoke with and the response they received.
You can allow your constituents to take call alerts anonymously or present them with a Contact Information page where they'll have the option of registering with your site before logging their call.
