Configuring an Autoresponder Thank You Email

By default, the system will automatically send a thank you email autoresponder to each user who logs a call and is registered with your site. For each alert, you can choose to send the site default version of the autoresponder, edit the site default content to add or delete information, or choose not to send any autoresponder at all.

After configuring other portions of your Call Alert, choose Autoresponders from the third-level navigation bar to complete different tasks.
