This page is displayed to activists when they click a link to log the results of their call. It follows the Contact Information page if you have included that page; otherwise, users can access this page directly from the Make-a-Call page or from the email that they can send to themselves if you have included that feature.
The Log-a-Call page includes the list of office contacts and possible responses that you configured earlier in this flow using the Log-a-Call tab. It also provides a text box so that activists can record their own notes regarding the call. It is a good idea to add your talking points to this page, since many constituents will actually make their call while referring to this page.
