If you'll target the same group of individuals frequently, you may want to use the Target Lists tab to create the group. You can select the individual targets once and give the group a name. Subsequently, when creating an alert, you can select the target list by name without having to go back and individually select each member again.
Any target list that you create is available for use with both call alerts and with traditional action alerts.
