View Target Delivery Statistics

When you create an Advocacy alert, you want to know ahead of time whether your alert will reach your targeted recipient. Check whether a target has a high or low delivery success rate with the Delivery Statistics Report.

This report provides:

• Success and failure statistics across email, web form, and fax communication streams

• Statistics by individual or group of targets

• Data results up to the past 30 days

If your target has a high rate of delivery failure for either internet or fax submissions, consider choosing a different form of delivery to get your message heard.
