Any comments that your constituents submit to federal agencies through a public-comment action alert become public and visible to others.
It is recommended that you add a clear disclaimer specifying that submitted comments are usually made publicly available on the Regulations.gov or FederalReserve.gov sites, and elsewhere in paper form. This often includes contact information provided by the constituent.
