To set the side-wide, default contact information for Congressional web forms:

  1. Click Setup > Site Options. The Site Options page displays.

  2. In the Select a Site Option Group to View drop down list, select Advocacy and click Go.

  3. Enter the default information in the fields for the following Site Options (SDPs):

    • ADVOCACY_CWC_ORGANIZATION - The name of the organization

    • ADVOCACY_CWC_ORGANIZATION_ABOUT - The organization's mission

    • ADVOCACY_CWC_ORGANIZATION_CONTACT_EMAIL - The email address of a contact within the organization

    • ADVOCACY_CWC_ORGANIZATION_CONTACT_NAME - The name of a contact within the organization

    • ADVOCACY_CWC_ORGANIZATION_CONTACT_PHONE - The phone number of a contact within the organization

  1. Click Save. You have successfully set the default, site-wide information for action alerts that are sent to Congress.
