The All Documents report lists all pages and files within a specified date range. On the report page, select the status of the items (created, last modified, first published, and last published), the date range, and the document type (files, images, web pages, XML files, or all). Use this report in conjunction with the Daily Storage Snapshots report to proactively manage your storage so you don't exceed the limit specified in your Blackbaud contract. If the Daily Storage Snapshot identifies that you are nearing the limit, the All Documents report lists all the documents within the same date range. This allows you to identify which files you can delete to lower your storage amount.
