Is Default?

You cannot delete a default type, even if it has no existing items.

  • Default (the standard publication process) - A submitted item of this type goes to Folder Reviewers (of the item's parent folder) for approval or for manual routing to a custom work flow.

  • Custom approval work flow (by name) - A submitted item of this type goes directly to the custom work flow selected for the type, bypassing the standard publication process for the item's parent folder.
