To export content categories as an XML file

1. Go to the Content Categories interface for the desired website (host).

2. In the left pane highlight a root category to export, such as States. The root's subcategories display in the right pane.

3. Click Export Categories in the Content Categories toolbar. The XML file is created and the File Download dialog appears.

4. Proceed as you would for any file download:

1. Click Save.

2. In the Save As dialog, select the target (such as your Desktop) where you want to save the States XML file, then click Save.
