To create a form that is 508 compliant

The Form Console places form fields inside a table which may present an obstacle to disabled users. If 508 accessibility compliance is required, add the form fields outside of a table.

1. Click the Form Console button on the WYSIWYG content editor toolbar. The Choose Form Actions dialog displays.

2. Select Save Data and click OK. The Form Properties dialog displays.

3. Select the form properties and click OK. See Configuring Web Form Properties for details.

4. Click Cancel to close the Add Form Element dialog.

5. Click somewhere outside of the table and insert a form element from the Form Console.

Note: To insert a form element in front of a form table, use the HTML Editor.
