To add a hidden field

Hidden fields allow system administrators to add data that does not display to constituents. You can add static data, such as the name of the form, for reporting purposes in a CSV file.

  1. In the Form Console, click Hidden. The Hidden Field Properties dialog displays.

  2. In the Name field, enter a label to identify the field (the name will not display to constituents) and click Tab.

  3. Click OK.
