The Monthly Usage Snapshots report allows you to monitor your CMS storage levels and bandwidth utilization. It also includes the number of administrators, content types, and content items to help you assess changes in monthly usage. By monitoring your monthly usage, you can make sure that you don't exceed your contractual limits. To locate large files and images that are taking up a lot of space, run the Large Asset report.
Note: The total number of content items is the sum of both live and draft pages, whereas the Properties tab for the page reports only the total number of draft pages. So, the total number of content items reported in the Monthly Usage Report will differ from the total reported on the Properties tab.
