Monthly Usage Snapshots Report Fields
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Month | The month that is being reported on. The monthly snapshot is generated on the second of the following month. For example, September data is generated on the second of October. |
| Website | You can select a single website to report on, or select all websites. |
| Bandwidth | The total bandwidth usage for the month, measured in gigabytes. Usage that is less than 0.01 GB is reported as 0 GB. |
| Storage | The average storage usage for the month, measured in megabytes. |
| Administrators | The total number of CMS administrators for this site and the breakdown by administrative role. Note that if you add up the number of administrators by role (website administrators, folder managers, and folder authors), the total may exceed the Total amount listed. That is because the Total is the physical number of administrators, and each administrator may have more than one role. |
| Content Types | The number of content types used in this site. |
| Content Items |
The amount of content items (such as pages, images, and files) used in this site. Although there is no contractual limitation on the amount of content items, the more you have, the more storage and bandwidth you use. So, this information helps you understand any increases in storage and bandwidth. Note: The total number of content items is the sum of both live and draft pages, whereas the Properties tab for the page reports only the total number of draft pages. So, the total reported in the Monthly Usage Report should be about twice as much as the total reported on the Properties tab. |
