A printer-friendly wrapper strips out non-printable items and is typically a "text-only" page. This page displays when a constituent clicks the "printer-friendly" link or button. After you enable the wrapper the wrapper manager, add the printer-friendly link in the Visual Editor using the Printer Friendly component.

Select Reports and Tools > Wrappers.

In the Printer-Friendly column, right-click and select Set Printer-Friendly. This option only displays if you have published the wrapper.
Note: Do not use the site-wide, default wrapper as the printer-friendly wrapper. The printer-friendly wrapper strips out non-printable items and is typically a "text-only" page.

Open the WYSIWYG content editor and insert the Printer Friendly component.
