View the Interaction History of a Constituent
You can view the history of interactions a constituent has with your site from their constituent record. Each interaction record shows the type of interaction that occurred, the context application in which it occurred (Subject), and the date on which it occurred. More details are available by selecting the Subject link.
Note: If you are using the Credit Card Updater service, two additional CCU sustaining gift interaction types are available.
View a Constituent's interaction history:
Select Constituent360 > Constituents. The Find Constituent page displays.
Search for the Constituent and select Edit or View in the Actions column.
Select the Interactions tab.
In the Interactions section (displayed below the Contact Information and Constituent Information Highlights section) to view:
All interactions performed by the constituent, select Show All.
A set of interactions of a specific type, select the appropriate set from the types drop-down and select Filter.
To pare down the list, enter the first few characters of the name of the interaction type or its subject in the Search field and select Search.
A specific set of interactions under a specific Security Category, scroll to the right to find the categories drop-down list, select the appropriate option, and select Go.
Remember that the Security Category search honors any filters or criteria already set in the Search field.
On the Group Selector pop-up, hover over the group name in the selected list to the right and select the X in the upper right corner.
To view the details of the interaction, select its Subject link.
