To enter a note in a Constituent record:
Click Constituent360 > Constituents.
Search for the Constituent. The search results display.
Click the Edit icon from the Actions column of the appropriate constituent. The Profile page displays.
Click the Notes tab.
Scroll down to the Notes section (displayed below the Contact Information and Constituent Information Highlights section), click Record New Note (in the Notes title bar).
Enter a phrase that identifies the content in the Subject area.
Select a Security Category to control who can view the note and make additional comments on it.
Enter the note in the Text area.
If the Protected Notes feature is enabled, for Note Type select:
Normal to allow all administrators with access to the Security Category of the note to view it.
Sensitive to allow only trusted administrators to view the note
Private to make the note available only to you.
Click Save.
