To create a Security Group:

Create a group of junior administrators who will be able to create email messages as follows:

  1. Click Constituent360 > Groups. The User Group List page opens.

  2. Click the Administrator Group List tab to display your administrator groups.

  3. Click Add New Group.

  4. On the Group Information page, provide a Name for the group. For our example, we'll call it Email Content Managers.

  5. Provide a Description for the group.

  6. Set the Security Mode to Admin Security Group, since we will be providing this group with access to administrative functions.

  7. Select an existing Group Type from the menu or click the second radio button and enter a new Type. The Group Type indicates the folder where your group will be stored in the Group List. In our example, we’ll make a new group type called Jr Admins.

  8. Click Save. The screen will refresh with the Group ID and various statistics about the group (which should all be zero as you have not yet populated the group.)
