Organization Contacts
Organization contacts are all of the people associated with your organization. For example, the CEO and local store manager of the Healthy Foods company would become organization contacts, but you might need to determine who will act as the point of contact.
When you assign an existing constituent as an organization contact, you can assign a primary contact and a specific contact type, which will help your administrator know who to refer to with questions concerning the organization. Keep in mind that you can only assign one person as a primary contact per organization.
Additionally, all organization contacts become part of the Luminate Organization Contacts group which you can access from Constituent360 > Groups.
Note: Existing company coordinators and chairpersons associated with a company in TeamRaiser automatically become organization contacts.
Note: Clients with Raiser’s Edge integration may use the Organization feature, but should be advised that no organizational data will sync over. Attempted syncs from Luminate Online will not affect existing data.
