Create a contact type

Select Setup > Site Options.

Click Go beneath the Site Option dropdown.

Open the Find option within your browser.

In the find field that appears in your browser, enter ORGANIZATION_CONTACT_ROLES.

In the Contact Type site option field, enter the contact role types separated by commas.

After entering the contact type press Enter on your keyboard.
Note: Clients with Raiser’s Edge integration may use the Organization feature, but should be advised that no organizational data will sync over. Attempted syncs from Luminate Online will not affect existing data.
