Define source code with special variables in links
Click Content > PageBuilder or Content > StoryBuilder.
Select Create a New Page or Create a StoryBuilder Article.
In the Content Editor, type the link text and highlight it.
Note: In PageBuilder, the Content Editor is accessible from the Select Page Layout & Add Content process page. You'll then need to click the Add Content button and select the HTML Content component.
Click the Insert/Edit URL or Link icon on the toolbar.
In the Insert Link box, click Browse Links.
In the Choose Link box, select the Link Type where you want to define a source code link.
(Optional) On the Set Link Options page, define User Processing or Advanced Options for the link.
Enter values for the Source Code and SubSource Code fields. Click Select when you are finished.
Click Insert on the Insert link dialog. You return to the Content Editor.
Click Apply to save and apply the changes.
If the value you want to apply as the source code is Digital Music and the value for the subsource code is Classical, you would enter Digital Music for the Source Code and Classical for the Subsource Code. (Entering a SubSource code is optional.)
In the example above, the system adds the source code, Digital Music, and the subsource code, Classical, to Constituent360 when a visitor clicks the link, completes the supported interaction, and then registers as a constituent. The values display in the constituent's profile in the Biographical Information section.
