Adding a Prospect to the Suppression List

You can add a prospect from the uploaded list to the Suppression List to avoid sending the prospect any email that you will send to the prospect list members. You can:

• Select a list member to add to the Suppression List

• Add an email address to the Suppression List - When you add an email address to the suppression list, you can also include a first and last name, but it is not necessary.

• Upload a list of email addresses to the Suppression List page - Upload a comma-separated values (CSV) file containing a list of email addresses.

  Note: The CSV file can contain additional information, but each row must have an email address.
