To assign reward points to actions:

  1. Select Constituent360 > Rewards. The Rewards List opens.

  2. Select the Rewards tab. The Standard Rewards page displays.

  3. Assign points to any or all of the following:

    Note: The list of items available for points varies depending on which applications you are using.

    • Donation Credit: (Applies to All Donation Forms) - Enter points per donation and points per dollars donated. For example, if you enter 2 points per donation and 6 points per $100 donated, then a constituent who gives a one-time gift of $100 would receive 8 points; a constituent who gives a one-time gift of $80 would receive 2 points.

    • TeamRaiser Credit: (Applies to All TeamRaisers) - Enter Points per donation made on participant's behalf and/or points per dollars donated on participant's behalf. Points are tallied as in the Donation Credit example above.

      Note: TeamRaiser points are given to the TeamRaiser participant on whose behalf a gift is made, not to the person donating to the TeamRaiser. So for a TeamRaiser gift, the donor gets Donation Credit (if configured above) and the participant gets the TeamRaiser Credit.

    • Advocacy Credit: (Applies to All Action Alerts) - Enter points per action alert taken.

    • Survey Credit: (Applies to All Surveys) - Enter points per survey taken.

    • Tell-A-Friend Credit: Enter points per Tell-A-Friend message sent; you can give the constituent who sends a Tell-A-Friend message even more credit if the recipient actually signs up by entering points per new registration referred. (The system will automatically take care of awarding these points, just as it does the other types of credit mentioned above.)

    • eCommerce Credit: (Applies to All Stores) - Enter points per eCommerce purchase made (per completed transaction) and/or points per eCommerce dollars spent. For example, if you enter 2 points per purchase made and six points per $100 spent, then a constituent who completes a transaction totaling $100 would receive 8 points; a constituent who completes a transaction totaling $90 would receive 2 points.

  4. Select Save.
