Reporting on Rewards
The following two reports allow you to track and analyze rewards:
Reward Points Redemption Report - Lists every transaction for which reward points were redeemed. Every transaction also includes contact information redemption information, tribute/memorial information, and responses to additional questions.
Note: Use this Redemption Report to fulfill the redemption requests (to mail the requested items to your constituents or otherwise satisfy the terms of the reward). Once you have fulfilled the requests, click the Mark Fulfilled link in the Change Fulfillment field so that the next time you access this report the Fulfilled field will be marked Yes.
Rewards Earned Report - Lists each contact who has earned Reward Points along with their contact information, total points earned, total points redeemed, and points currently held.
