Social Media Analytics and Reports

You can view high-level social login and share statistics in your Janrain Dashboard.

You can also monitor the use and effectiveness of social media interactions for your organization with Luminate Online reports. In Luminate Online, the statistics are connected with constituent profiles. This enables you to see who is taking action, and take action based on the data.

The following social media reports are available in Luminate Online:

• Social Login statistics:

  • Social Networking Site Interaction Counts Report shows which constituents linked a social account to their account on your site and how many times they log in using the social account login

• Social Sharing statistics:

  • Social Media Sharing Counts by Constituents Report shows how many times a constituent shared an opportunity on their social site and which social site it was shared on

  • Social Media Sharing Counts by Component Type Report shows how many times a component type was shared on each social site

  • Social Media Sharing Counts by URL Report shows the number of times a page was shared on each social site
