Run the Survey Report

  1. Go to Data Management > Reports.

  2. Select the plus (+) sign next to the Content Management Reports folder.

  3. Select Survey Report.

  4. Select a survey from the Available Surveys drop-down list.

  5. Choose Dates:

    • Leave the default Predefined Date Range radio button selected with All Dates.

    • Or, select the drop-down list and select an appropriate option

    • Or, select the Custom Date Range button and select the appropriate dates from the date drop-down lists.

  6. Enter a Label report name for this report to distinguish the report from others.

  7. Select Submit Report. The system will display the Report Results list with Queued as the Status of the report.

  8. Select Refresh this page and wait until the system changes the Status to Completed. You may need to select this more than one time.

  9. When the Status changes to Completed, select:

    • View to display the report on your computer.

    • Print to display the report in a printer-friendly format.

    • Download to save the report to a file that you can download to your local computer or shared network resource.

    • Delete to remove the report from the Report List if you no longer need it.
