Add a Receipt Request Component
If your site is configured to provide tax receipts, you will have a Receipt Request Component available under Payment Components in the Components menu. This component lets the constituent request a receipt for a specified transaction. Receipts are in PDF format and are emailed to the constituent. You can either embed the component or embed a link to it.
To embed a Receipt Request Component:

Access the WYSIWYG content editor window for a page or an email.

Place the cursor where you want to embed the component.

, Components.

Choose one of the following:

Embed - places the component on the page or in the email.

Link - places a Link to the component on the page or in the email. (Link text is supplied.)

Click Insert. The component is embedded in the WYSIWYG content editor window.
Click Payment Components > Receipt Request Component. The Component Selector window opens.
The Receipt Request form, as presented to the non-logged in user, is shown below.
Note: A Receipt Request is logged as an Interaction in the Contact Profile.
