Personalized Content

Personalization allows you to tailor messages using user-specific data such as name, email, address, donation history, or custom fields. This data is pulled from your contact database and dynamically inserted into each message.

Add a Personalized Field

  1. Type the portion of the message that all users will see.

  2. Place the cursor at the desired location and select the Personalize icon Personalization icon.

  3. Select a Group, then choose a Type.

  4. Enter Text to Display When Empty.

  5. Select Insert.

Personalize with Custom Fields

To create a personalization based on a custom field created by your organization:

  1. Type the portion of the message that all users will see.

  2. Place the cursor at the desired location and select the Personalize iconPersonalization icon.

  3. Chose a Group, then select Additional Information and the relevant custom field.

  4. Enter Text to Display When Empty.

  5. Select Insert.

Edit Personalization

  • To move or remove personalized content, right-click the component and select Cut, Copy, or Paste.

  • To update unknown state content, select the Empty tab and enter the desired text in the field provided.
